Refund Policy – Pyramid Publishing

At Pyramid Publishing, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. While our team strives to exceed expectations at every stage, we understand that refund-related concerns may arise. The following outlines our refund policy in clear and transparent terms:


Full Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it before our team has started any work on your project. Once work has commenced, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the progress made and applicable transaction or processing fees.


Refunds After Project Commencement

If work has already started, refunds will be issued after deducting applicable fees and the value of the completed work. Please note that refunds are not available on promotional or discounted packages.


Dissatisfaction-Based Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the delivered service or product, you may request a refund within five (5) days of receiving your completed order. Our team will first attempt to resolve your concerns through unlimited revisions. If, after revisions, we are still unable to meet your expectations, a partial refund may be granted. The amount will be calculated based on the work completed and time invested.


Missed Refund Window

If no refund request is submitted within five (5) days of the order delivery date, the project will be considered successfully closed and approved by the client. No refunds will be issued after this timeframe.


Exceptions to the Refund Policy

  • Orders placed under limited-time offers, discount bundles, or custom pricing are non-refundable.

  • Additional services, upgrades, or scope expansions beyond the original agreement are not subject to this refund policy.


Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel services midway, you must notify us in writing. Any eligible refund will be issued based on the work already delivered and the remaining scope, with deductions for administrative and processing costs.
